| Brandied Peach Melba 4 brandied peaches
1/4 cup of raspberry jelly
vanilla ice cream Place 2 peaches in each dessert dish. Melt jelly, pour on peaches. Chill for several hours. Top each serving with ice cream. Makes 2 servings Fresh or canned peach halves may be substituted for the brandied peaches
