Divide the fruit between two 1 cup oven proof dishes or 10 ounce custard cups. Mix the sour cream, almond extract and sugar, spoon over fruits. Sprinkle with coconut. Set oven at Broil and/or 550ºF. Broil desserts with tops about 3 inches from heat until the coconut is toasted, about 2 minutes. Makes 2 servings |
