Parsley Noodles

Cook 4 ounces of noodles, about 1 1/2 cups in 1 quart of boiling salted water(2 teaspoons of salt) until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain the noodles and return to saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes and toss. Makes 2 servings
