Victorian Apricot Sherbet

3 cans of apricot halves, drained
1 small jar of  apricot preserves
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Heavy cream (not whipped)

Blend in a blender apricots, preserves and lemon juice. Freeze for 2 days. Scoop into dessert dishes to serve and pour cream over top.
