| Stuffed Tomatoes
6 whole tomatoes 6 stalks broccoli salt and pepper thyme 1/2 cup of Hollandaise sauce 2 slices of Provolone cheese, quartered |

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Slice tops off tomatoes and hollow out with a spoon. Cook broccoli, when done, cool and chop finely. Mix broccoli with spices and Hollandaise sauce. Fill tomatoes and place quartered Provolone cheese on top. Bake approximately 10 - 12 minutes in preheated oven. |
