| Stuffed Baked Potato 3

6 Idaho potatoes
1 1/2 cup of Sour cream
1/4 cup of chopped chives
3 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
Salt & pepper |

Bake potatoes in 400ºF. oven for 45 min. Cut potatoes in half & scrape out potato meal. Mix w/ sour cream, chives & bacon. Season w/ salt & pepper to taste.
