Stuffed Veal Roll

two 2 ounce slices of veal cutlet
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of onion flakes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
garlic powder
1 tablespoon of olive oil
oregano
basil
1/4 cup of tomatoes
1 tablespoon of wheat germ
1/8 cup of parsley flakes
1/2 cup of water
salt and pepper
thyme

Mix all ingredients except veal. Spoon onto slices of veal, roll and tie. Place in hot oil in frying pan. Brown on high flame for several minutes, turning. reduce heat, cover and cook another 30 minutes. Serve hot. Two rolls equal one serving, multiply as needed. You may refrigerate these rolls for a few hours and slice into wheels for a party.
