Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken

1 Deboned Chicken Breast
1 tablespoon of Cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon of butter or Margarine
2 Strips of Bacon

Instructions: Pound chicken with meat mallet until quite flat.
Place one tablespoon of cream cheese and one half tablespoon butter or
margarine on chicken breast. Roll up chicken and wrap in bacon strips. Place
in baking pan. Leave uncovered. Bake in 350ºF. oven for about 50 to 60
minutes. If you like your bacon crisp place under the broiler for a few
