1 pound of ground top round beef 1 teaspoon of Accent 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion 1 egg 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper |

Combine all ingredients, blend well. Shape into oval in center of serving platter. Garnish with tomato wedges, chopped onion, capers and watercress. Serve with rye bread slices of crisp crackers. 24 servings |
