Salisbury Steak

2 pounds of hamburger
1 can of onion soup
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of celery soup
 


Mix the hamburger, bread crumbs, onion soup and eggs as for meat loaf. Add salt to taste. Add more bread crumbs, if needed. Make into patties, dip in flour and brown on each side. Arrange in a greased baking dish. Make a gravy of celery soup, tomato soup and 1 can of water. Pour over the patties and bake in a 350ºF. oven for 1 hour.
