| Pepper Steak
2 pounds of round steak 1 large green pepper, sliced 1 large red pepper, sliced 1/4 cup of vinegar 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch 1/3 cup of water |

Tenderize steak and cut into chunks. Brown in skillet with 1 tablespoon of margarine and pepper slices. Mix vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over steak and peppers. Let simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Serve over rice. |
