Texas Sourdough Biscuits
2 packages of yeast 1 cup of warm water 2/3 cup of oil 2 cups of buttermilk 5 cups of self-rising (a must) flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of salt 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
Mix well; store in refrigerator. Take out amount needed. Bake at 375ºF. for 20-25 minutes. Dough keeps up to 6 weeks.Back to Sourdough Recipes |
