2 carrots, chopped fine 3 tablespoons of instant minced onion one 3 ounce can (2/3 cup) of broiled sliced mushrooms, drained 1/3 - 1/2 cup of cooking claret 1 can of beef gravy 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of MSG |

Cook the carrots until tender in 1/4 cup of butter. Add onion, mushrooms, claret. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, simmer for 5 minutes more. |
