Corned Beef Quiche

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
one 15 ounce can of corned beef hash
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
2 teaspoons of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
a dash of nutmeg
2 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cup of milk

Bake the pie shell at 450ºF.  for 7 minutes, then remove from the oven. Reduce the oven temperature to 325ºF. Crumble the corned beef hash into pie shell. Top with the cheese. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over hash and cheese. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Cool for 25 minutes before serving
