Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly. Place mixture onto pie pastry. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture. Bake 325ºF. for 1/2 hour, reduce temperature to 275ºF. and bake for additional 1 hour.
