5 ounces of dried beef, shredded
5 ounces of Gruyere cheese, grated
5 ounces of cheddar cheese, grated
5 ounces of Gouda cheese, grated
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cups of light cream
2 tablespoons of onions, finely chopped
1 Pie pastry |

Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly. Place mixture onto pie pastry. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture. Bake 325ºF. for 1/2 hour, reduce temperature to 275ºF. and bake for additional 1 hour.
