Swiss Chicken Quiche 2

1 (9-inch) pastry shell
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of cooked, cubed chicken
1 cup of milk
3 eggs, well-beaten
1/4 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped pimiento 

Preheat oven to 425ºF.  Bake pastry shell for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350ºF.  In a medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
