Ham Quiche

1 1/2 cup of chopped ham
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of grated onion
Fresh tomato to cover top
2 cups of grated cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise

Pre-bake 9-inch pie crust, which has been brushed with egg white, approximately 3 minutes. Put chopped ham in pie crust. Sprinkle oregano next, then add grated onion. Slice tomatoes for next layer. Mix grated cheese and mayonnaise together. Completely cover top of pie with this mixture. Bake 20 minutes in 300ºF. oven. Cut into pie wedges and serve.
