Pizza Roll 5

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 pizza crust (can in refrigerator section)
1 jar of Pizza Quick
1 package of pepperoni
Onions and garlic, bell pepper

Brown onions, peppers, garlic and ground beef. Drain. Add pepperoni to beef mixture, and half the jar of Pizza Quick. Mix together. Place pizza crust on greased baking sheet, but do not shape. Put ground beef mixture in center of crust and close crust around it. Spoon the remaining jar of Pizza Quick over the roll. Bake according to directions on can. You may sprinkle with cheese. Slice like a jelly roll.

Pizza Roll

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 pound of sausage
1 can pizza sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 cup of Mozzarella

Thaw frozen bread in plastic bag. Roll out and put on greased cookie sheet. Fry sausage and drain. Mix with pizza sauce. Put all ingredients in middle of rolled out dough. Fold over edges of dough and pinch together. Baste with butter, bake at 350ºF.  for 30 minutes. 

Pizza Roll

Two (1 lb.) loaves frozen or homemade bread dough
1 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
3 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup of pepperoni
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
Sliced black olives

Can vary these ingredients to taste. Thaw loaves, if frozen. Roll out each loaf on lightly floured surface to about 15 inches in diameter. Spread half of the spaghetti sauce in center of each. Sprinkle with each with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Top with equal portions of remaining ingredients. Roll up tightly, pinch seams together to seal. Brush lightly with beaten egg white or melted butter. Bake at 400ºF.  for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Slice into serving size pieces.
