Pizza Dough 2

1 package of active yeast
1 1/4 cup of warm water
2 tablespoons of pure vegetable oil
4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt (omit if using self-rising flour)

Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in oil. Sift flour into oil-water mixture. Knead on cloth or board until smooth and elastic, about 15 minutes. Shape into a ball and place into a greased bowl, brush with oil and cover. Place in a warm location until double in size. Makes 2 pizza crusts.

Pizza Dough

1 cup of warm water
1 package of yeast
2 teaspoons of shortening (oil)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of oil (to grease pans)

Mix and let double.

Pizza Dough

2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of oil

Mix ingredients together and pat on pizza pan. Quick and delicious!
