Pesto Bread 3
2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast 4 teaspoons of dough enhancer (optional) 2 cups of white wheat flour 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1 extra large egg 1/4 cup of dry Vermouth or any other dry white wine 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of water 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1/2 cup of pesto sauce 1/2 cup of toasted pine nuts |

Place all ingredients except the pine nuts in the machine and program for Basic Bread. Add the pine nuts during the last five minutes of the final knead cycle.
