Pastry Wrapped Cheese

1 small Gouda or Edam cheese
1/4 cup of Dijon or honey mustard
1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls

Peel red covering from cheese. Remove rolls from package. Unroll and press to remove any marks. Place cheese in center of dough. Cover cheese with mustard. Wrap dough around cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 30-40 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot with fruit as a garnish. 
 

Honey Mustard:

2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

Mix both until smooth.
