Spinach Cheese Pate

1 cup of small curd cottage cheese
3 eggs, mix in one at a time
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 carton of thawed chopped spinach (squeeze out moisture)
1/2 stick melted butter
6 slices Old English cheese, torn in pieces

Mix together and pour in greased pie plate. Bake at 350ºF. for 50-55 minutes. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
