King Crab Pate

One 6 to 8 ounce frozen King crab or snow crab
1 stick of margarine
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1/4 cup of minced onion
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Defrost, drain and chop large pieces of crab. In bowl, whip margarine and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Beat in mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, horseradish, and seasonings. Fold in crab, onion and parsley. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Makes 3 cups pate.
