Pizza Manicotti

1 pkg. manicotti noodles
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion, optional
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
2 jars Ragu pizza sauce

Cook noodles in boiling water. Add a little oil so they don't stick, 10 minutes. Brown hamburger; drain and set aside. In a large bowl, mix hamburger, 1/2 of Cheddar, mozzarella, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, onion, pepper, mushrooms and olives. Make sure you have rinsed noodles. If they tear that is ok. Stuff noodles with mixture. Put seam down on those torn-line in a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour pizza sauce over top, spread around to cover all noodles. Sprinkle rest of Cheddar on top. Bake 40 minutes at 400ºF.
