Macaroni Pizza

2 heaping cups of  elbow macaroni
1 pound of  ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
Two 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon of  pepper
1/4 teaspoon of  garlic powder
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
8 ounces of Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook elbow macaroni and drain. Brown meat and onions. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce and all seasonings. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Beat milk and egg. Blend into macaroni and spread on a greased 10"x15" cookie sheet. Cover with meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350ºF.  for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. May add chopped green pepper, olives or any other pizza topping. 

Macaroni & Cheese Pizza

One 7 1/2 ounce package of  macaroni and cheese dinner
2 eggs
One 8 ounce can of  tomato sauce
One 4 ounce can of  mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon of dried basil leaves
2 ounces of  pepperoni, thinly sliced
One cup  (4 oz.)  of shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare dinner as directed on package. Add eggs, mix well. Spread into well greased 12 inch pizza pan or 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375ºF. for 10 minutes. Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion, green peppers, and seasonings. Spoon over dinner mixture. Top with meat and cheese. Continue baking 8 to 10 minutes. 6 to 8 servings. May substitute 1 lb. Italian sausage, pork sausage, hamburger, cooked, drained and crumbled in place of pepperoni.
