Cheesy Tuna Macaroni

1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. Creamettes elbow macaroni
1 can of condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
1 can of Starkist white tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 can of Durkees French fried onions
1 cup of chopped celery
1 tablespoon of chopped pimento (optional)

Prepare elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain. Combine soup, milk, seasonings, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, tuna, 1 cup French fried onions, celery, and pimento. Stir in macaroni; mix well. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake, covered, in a 350ºF. oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
