| Macaroni Casserole
1 small box of macaroni 1/2 stick of butter 3 tablespoons of flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 cups of milk Paprika to taste 3/4 cup of grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of grated Cheddar cheese |

Cook macaroni according to the directions on box. In a saucepan, melt butter and combine flour, salt, paprika and milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add 3/4 cup grated cheese and stir well. Put macaroni into greased casserole pan. Pour sauce over it and mix lightly. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese on top. Bake at 375ºF. for 30 minutes. 8 ounces of macaroni 1/3 stick of butter 12 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese grated 4 eggs 2 1/2 cups of milk 3/4 teaspoon of salt
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain. Pour macaroni back into pot and add butter. After butter melts, alternate layering macaroni and grated cheese (saving some for top) in the greased dish. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour mixture over macaroni and cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. |
