Macaroni Casserole 1

One 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of celery soup
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 cups of hot cooked corkscrew macaroni
1/2 teaspoon of  minced onion
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
2 tablespoons of  chopped pimiento
1 pound of sausage, any kind
2 cups of sliced zucchini

In a mixing bowl, stir together liquids and seasonings. Add macaroni, sausage and vegetables; gently toss until well combined. Turn into a 2 quart microwave safe dish. Cover and cook on 100% power for 15 to 20 minutes. or until vegetable is tender, stirring twice. Top with cheese and cook, uncovered on high power 1 or 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. 5 servings.
