Liver & Rice Casserole

2 containers of chicken livers
Two 4 ounce packages of Boil in Bag Rice
3 cans of cream of mushroom soup

Fry livers in oil, breaking them until they are pea-sized morsels. Boil rice. Mix liver and add can of cream of mushroom. Don't add water or milk to cream of mushroom. Bake for 20 minutes, 350ºF.
