3 tablespoons of Olive oil 1 bunch Green onions, sliced 4 Plum tomatoes, chopped 1 Red bell pepper, chopped 6 Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano, crumbled 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil Salt and pepper 8 ounces of Spinach linguine 4 ounces Soft goat cheese |

A sophisticated main course. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add next 6 ingredients and sauté? until onions are tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in parsley and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta; toss thoroughly. Divide pasta between 2 plates.
