| Western Lima Beans
1 pound of large dry limas 2 cans of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of brown sugar Dash poultry seasoning 1/2 pound of hamburger 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup of lima bean water 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt |

Soak beans overnight. Drain, cover with boiling water, cook slowly until tender. Drain, reserving bean water. Brown beef and onion, add remaining ingredients. Place beans in casserole, cover with beef mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes. |
