Lima Bean Crunch Casserole

1 package of frozen chopped broccoli
1 package of frozen lima beans
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 package of onion soup mix
1 can of water chestnuts, sliced
Rice Krispies or bread crumbs

Cook vegetables until barely tender (about 3 minutes). Blend together soup, sour cream and soup mix. Stir together with cooked vegetables. Add water chestnuts. Spoon into buttered casserole. Top with buttered Rice Krispies or bread crumbs. Cover loosely with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350ºF. Serves 6.
