2 cup soft boiling water
2 cups of plain yogurt
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 cup of heavy whipping cream, sweetened with sugar to taste and whipped
whole fresh strawberries for garnish |

Place the gelatin in bowl, pour boiling water on top and stir. Blend together until gelatin completely dissolves. Set aside and let cool. Stir yogurt and lemon rind into gelatin, pour into 8 cup ring mold. chill until firm. Unmold gelatin onto large serving dish. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Serve at once. serves 6 - 8 |
