| Ambrosia 10 pounds of oranges, peeled, sectioned and pitted one 6 ounce can or bag of shredded coconut 1 1/2 cups of quartered pecans one 6 ounce jar of red maraschino cherries, drained one 6 ounce jar of green maraschino cherries, drained 1/2 cup of bourbon Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, stir thoroughly. refrigerate until chilled. Serve in small glass dishes. Serves 16 |
