Minted Fruit Cup

1 cup of banana slices
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 cup of seedless grapes
3/4 cup of canned pineapple chunks
1/2 cup of mint syrup
fresh mint sprigs

Sprinkle the banana slices with lemon juice. Lightly mix fruits  in a large bowl. Pour the syrup on top. refrigerate for 30 minutes. garnish with fresh mint, serve immediately. Serves 6
