Turkey Fritters 2

2 egg yolks
2 cups of turkey, cooked, chopped
1 teaspoon of marjoram, crushed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fat for frying
1/4 cup of flour, sifted
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of nutmeg, grated
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Blend egg yolks with chopped turkey meat and seasonings. Mix in flour and baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat, not too many at a time and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
