2 egg yolks 2 cups of turkey, cooked, chopped 1 teaspoon of marjoram, crushed Salt & Pepper to taste Fat for frying 1/4 cup of flour, sifted 1 teaspoon of baking powder Pinch of nutmeg, grated 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten |
| Blend egg yolks with chopped turkey meat and seasonings. Mix in flour and baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat, not too many at a time and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. | |
