Salmon & Corn Fritters

2 eggs
1/3 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of melted Crisco
1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of canned salmon
1 cup of drained canned corn
Crisco for frying

Beat the eggs, add milk and Crisco. Sift dry ingredients, blend thoroughly with egg mixture. Add salmon and corn. Blend. Drop by tablespoons into hot Crisco. Fry until golden brown. Drain. Serve with white sauce to which peas have been added.
