Oyster Fritters 2

1 dozen oysters, chopped
1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of chopped very fine onions
1/4 cup of chopped very fine celery
1/4 cup of chopped very fine fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped very fine red or green pepper
1/4 cup of milk
Dash of Tabasco & Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of shortening
 

Chop raw oysters and add other ingredients. Melt shortening in a frying pan. Drop oyster mixture by spoonfuls into fat. Fry until brown. Makes 8 to 10 fritters.
