Christmas Pudding Fritters

250 grams Self raising flour
125 mililiters Beer
125mililiters Milk
125 mililiters Cold water
Left over Christmas pudding
Plain flour
Deep fryer with oil
 

Combine the first four ingredients to make a batter. Set aside for 20 minutes. Heat the deep fryer to 180ºC. Cut the pudding into cubes or fingers, roll through the flour and then dip in the batter. deep fry until golden. Drain on kitchen towel and serve.
