Blueberry Fritters

3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of milk
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 small cans of blueberries

Mix in same bowl the eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until just combined. Drop by spoonfuls in large pan with cooking oil heated to 270ºF. When golden brown, remove and drain on paper towel. Serves 6 to 8.
