| Mixed Bread Stuffing with Cranberries
1 1/2 cup of cranberries, coarsely chopped 1/4 cup of sugar 1 1/2 cup of sliced celery 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/4 cup of butter or margarine 1 to 1 1/4 cup of chicken broth or water 1 1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 4 cups of dry whole wheat bread cubes 4 cups of dry white bread cubes |

Mix together the cranberries and sugar. In a saucepan or skillet cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. In a large bowl combine bread cubes. Add celery mixture and cranberry mixture; toss to mix. Add enough chicken broth or water to moisten; toss. Use to stuff one 10 to 12 pound turkey. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
