Timmy's Cranberry Relish & Salad

Timmy's Cranberry Relish & Salad

Relish:
1 pound of cranberries, thoroughly washed
4 tart apples, cored
3 oranges, seeded
2 cups of sugar
3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Put cranberries, apples, oranges, sugar and lemon juice through meat grinder or food processor. Makes 2 quarts of Relish. Can be frozen if not used right away.


Salad:

1 package of cherry jell-O
1 cup of water
3/4 c up of pineapple chunks
1 quart of cranberry relish

Dissolve cherry Jell-O in boiling water. Cool slightly. Add pineapple, nuts and cranberry relish. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
