Cranberry Holiday Relish

Cranberry Holiday Relish

1 package of whole cranberries, raw
2 apples, unpeeled
2 oranges, unpeeled
1 small can of can crushed pineapple
1 cup of  chopped nuts (I use English walnuts)
2 to 2 3/4 cups of sugar

Core and quarter unpeeled apples. Quarter unpeeled oranges and remove seeds. All of the ingredients are chopped finely in the food processor. The crushed pineapple and sugar are mixed in the relish. Refrigerate relish with may be frozen for future use. Very tasty served with fowl or ham.
