| Apple Cranberry Crumble (5 Pts)
3 cups of Rome apples, about 4 large chopped 2 cups of fresh cranberries cooking spray 1/2 cup of granulated sugar 1/3 cup of flour 1/4 cup of brown sugar ; firmly packed 3 tablespoon of reduced cal stick margarine, softened 1 cup of regular oats 1/4 cup of pecans 2 cups of vanilla fat free frozen yogurt |

Preheat 375ºF. Layer apples and cranberries in and 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Combine flour and brown sugar, cut in margarine until it resembles coarse meal. Stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes. Serving Size: 8
To serve top with 1/4 c frozen yogurt.
