Cranberry & Apple Salad

2 cups of uncooked cranberries
1 pk Sweetened lemon-flavored gelatin
1 large Thin-skinned orange
1 1/2 cups of water
1 Red apple
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of nuts

Chop cranberries, apple, and orange with food chopper. Add sugar, nuts and celery. Combine gelatin and water. Follow directions for temperature of water. Stir until dissolved. Cool until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with mayonnaise.
