4 cups of cranberries
two 10 ounce packages of strawberries, thawed
5 1/2 cups of sugar
1 envelope of Certo pectin
Large kettle |

Clean and pick over cranberries and grind in food processor. Combine with strawberries. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Place over high heat and bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Stir in Certo. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal. Makes about 4 pints. Do not double recipe. Makes wonderful Christmas gifts in decorated jars. |
