Fried Soft Shell Crabs

12 soft shell crabs
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of pancake mix
1 cup of cornmeal
Cooking oil

Clean the crabs carefully, lifting the shell of crab and scooping out on either side, being careful not to break shells. Combine the eggs, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, then dip the crabs in the egg mixture. Coat with the pancake mix, then with the cornmeal. Fry in deep oil at 250ºF.  until golden brown.
