King Crab Dip

4 tablespoons of cream cheese - (2 oz), softened
2 tablespoons of  mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
3/4 cup of cooked crab meat
1/2 cup of finely-chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons of  finely-chopped green bell pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
Tabasco sauce, to taste

 

-= Instructions =-
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic powder until smooth. Mix in crab meat, peppers, green onion and dill. Add Tabasco to taste. Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to blend. This recipe yields 8 servings.

Comments: For a terrific variation, substitute an equal amount of finely chopped shrimp for the crab.
