| Spaghetti with Crab Sauce
1 pound of crabmeat 1/2 cup of onion, chopped 1/2 cup of celery, chopped 2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped 1 cup of canned tomatoes 1/4 cup of butter, melted one 8 ounce can of tomato paste 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1 dash Pepper 3 cups of cooked spaghetti Grated parmesan cheese |
| Remove any remaining shell from crabmeat. Cook onion, celery, garlic, and parsley in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
