Microwave Crab Canapés
One 6 1/2 ounce can of crab meat 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons of finely diced onion 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes 1 teaspoon of white horseradish 1 teaspoon of tomato catsup 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste 20 Melba crackers or toasted bread squares |

In glass mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except Melba crackers or bread squares; mix well. Heap slightly less than a tablespoon of mixture onto each cracker or bread square. Place on glass tray lined with paper towel or doily. Cover; cook on roast (7) for 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish as desired. (Use 13"x9" glass baking dish.) Yield: 20 appetizers. |
